The Challenge

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is a global powerhouse delivering workforce solutions to the energy, renewables, and offshore sectors. With subsidiaries spanning from Iraq to Uganda, they manage an incredibly complex international network of contractors.

  • Cloud Migration: Transitioning the team from a static CRM to Bullhorn, integrated with DocuSign to automate over 600 monthly contracts at the touch of a button.
  • Configured Middle-Office: Implementing InTime as a middle-office platform, purpose-configured to handle WRS’s unique payment rates, currencies, and complex withholding tax scenarios.
  • System Integration: Ensuring the front and back office systems talked to each other perfectly, removing the need for manual data re-entry.

 

The Result

The digital overhaul has been transformative, delivering an immediate 30% increase in operational efficiency. By automating the tedious to-and-fro of onboarding and payroll, the sales team has been liberated to focus on high-value client requirements and international expansion.

The business is now perfectly positioned to support a projected 50% increase in placements, with a unified user experience for every employee and contractor regardless of their location.
