Acquisition of TBOS

We are delighted to announce the completion of a new acquisition that will broaden our outsourced services offering.

Earlier this week we welcomed Total Back Office Solutions, TBOS Contracting Solutions and Protek Pay into the Workwell group of companies.  They will become part of our Workwell Outsourcing business. This represents our third acquisition in this space, cementing it as a key area of investment in excellence for the Workwell group.

We now support over 600 recruitment agencies with recruitment back office, recruitment technology systems and invoice funding solutions. With these businesses’ combined talent, locations, technology, capability and resources, we continue to build on our aspirations to be the back-office provider of choice in the sector.

Whilst the acquisition will have no immediate impact on the services provided by TBOS, it will give easy access to the wider services offered by the Workwell group, from CRM technology to robust capability to payroll perm and contract workers in the UK and internationally as well as advisory services on compliance in UK and international markets. This enables us to build firmer partnerships with our clients, supporting them in achieving their growth goals.
