We’ve recently introduced a range of enhancements and new features to our Evertime pay and bill platform.

Placement V2: a faster, cleaner way to manage placements

Placement V2 is a complete refresh of the Evertime placement experience, rebuilt with usability and performance at its core.

• The interface is cleaner, more structured, and significantly faster, helping users get to the information they need without unnecessary clicks or delays.
• Loading times have been reduced, navigation is more intuitive, and key placement data is grouped into dedicated tabs so everything is easier to find and manage.
• One of the most powerful upgrades is improved rate rule configuration directly within placements. This gives agencies greater control over pay and charge structures without needing external workarounds or manual calculations.
• Just as importantly, Placement V2 now includes full tracking of all changes, creating a complete audit trail that strengthens compliance and gives total visibility over placement activity.

Sales Adjustment Wizard: invoice corrections made simple

Invoice adjustments are often one of the most time-consuming and error-prone back-office tasks.

• The new Sales Adjustment Wizard allows users to create credit notes and re-invoices directly from the Sales Invoice grid, removing the need to rebuild documents from scratch or navigate multiple systems.
• The workflow is intuitive and structured, helping users make accurate adjustments every time. Whether you’re updating client details, changing worker assignments, or adding attachments, everything can now be managed in one place.
• Every adjustment is automatically linked back to the original invoice, ensuring full traceability. That means stronger compliance, clearer audit trails, and far less room for manual error.

Sales Invoice Layout & Edit Functionality: more flexibility, less rework

This update introduces flexible invoice templates and post-approval editing capabilities, giving agencies much greater control over how invoices look and behave.

• Agencies can now tailor invoice layouts so it’s easier to meet specific branding, formatting, and data presentation needs without additional technical work.
• Even after approval, invoices can be updated where needed, reducing unnecessary rework and helping teams respond quickly to client requests or corrections.

Timesheet V2: a redesigned experience for speed and simplicity

Timesheet V2 is a full redesign of the timesheet module, delivering a faster, cleaner, and more flexible experience for both candidates and administrators.

• Performance improvements mean timesheets load and process significantly quicker, while the updated interface makes navigation far more intuitive. Whether users are submitting time online or administrators are handling manual entries, the workflow is now easier to follow and manage.
• New functionality includes document uploads, downloadable PDF timesheets, configurable fields, and email-based approvals that don’t require login access. This makes it easier for clients and approvers to complete sign-off quickly, even when on the move.

Timesheet V2 Rate Rules: automating complexity

One of the most powerful additions to Timesheet V2 is Rate Rules.

• Allows agencies to automate complex pay and charge structures based on time, units, or defined periods. Instead of manually calculating variations such as overtime, weekend rates, or shift differentials, the system applies rules automatically.
• The benefit is reduced and improved accuracy as well as consistency across placements, meaning pay and billing always align with agreed contracts and compliance requirements.

Shift Capture: a smarter way to manage time

Shift Capture introduces a completely new way to record time, moving from traditional weekly timesheets to shift-level submissions aligned directly with bookings.

• This is particularly valuable for candidates working across multiple clients or assignments, as it allows them to log time in a more natural, real-time way using a simple calendar-based interface.
• Each shift is automatically grouped by client and purchase order, ensuring accurate invoicing and approval workflows without manual intervention. From submission through to payment, every step is tracked clearly with colour-coded statuses for full visibility.
• Behind the scenes, automated rate rules handle complex pay structures, while approvals can be processed in bulk to reduce admin overhead.

Integration enhancements: more connected than ever

We’ve also strengthened Evertime’s integration capabilities by expanding the range of data fields available through our API. This allows for richer, more detailed data transfer between systems, enabling agencies to build more connected and flexible workflows.
