Assessments
Do you need an assessment?
Since April 2021, it is the end hirer’s responsibility to conduct an IR35 assessment and pass the outcome to you and your agency.
But, if your end hirer is considered ‘small’ by HMRC, then you’re responsible for conducting an assessment and ensuring you’re compliant. We know this can be confusing, so if you’re not sure where you stand, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our IR35 experts – we’ll be happy to assist you.
