The series is hosted by Hannah Mollison, Sales Director at Workwell Outsourcing, in association with Simon Cross, Alice Carroll and Kate Cross of Coral Recruitment. Coral focus on helping recruitment business owners crack the contract market, with a hands-on, practical, simple coaching programme.
Hannah has worked with recruitment companies for nearly a decade, advising businesses on scaling up and streamlining via technology and consolidating their back-office. She works collaboratively and consults with businesses to ensure they are more profitable.
Simon has been building and growing contract teams and desks for 25 years. He runs his own contract recruitment business Harvey Jacob and personally bills Β£500k+ annually. ‘I still get a huge kick out of every deal,’ he says.
Alice has been training and developing recruitment businesses, teams and individuals for over 25 years. She specialises in partnering with scale-ups.
Kate is an executive coach with a recruitment and finance background. She has been running Harvey Jacob for 17 years so knows what it takes to achieve success.
