Workwell for Growth
Established agencies come in all shapes and sizes. We understand your needs at every stage and have developed a suite of services to relieve headaches and power your growth.
Whether you need a better funding partner, 100% finance and support to diversify your perm recruitment agency, all/some of your back office taken care of, or technology and support to make your in-house operation more efficient, we can help.
Are you an established business looking for a better funding partner?
Most established agencies fund via a factoring facility with a bank where they draw down a percentage of their invoice value or via other providers like us, where their temps & contractors are paid directly for them.
Established agencies using both these models frequently move to us for their funding & back-office for the following reasons:
- Excessive charges, usually the hidden ones that are not so clear in the contract
- Ineffective pay & bill service, or current provider’s systems & processes
- Restrictive growth because your provider doesn’t fund international placements
- Reduced cashflow because your provider doesn’t fund perm placements
- Ineffective credit collections & risk management causing you cashflow problems
- Desire to have everything with one provider, from CRM to accounting services
Are you a perm agency keen to start providing contractors?
Many recruiters setting up alone build successful agencies concentrating on perm placements, but then reach a stage when this seems restrictive. With a growing demand for temporary and interim staff at all levels both in the UK and internationally, this is a great way to expand your reach and consolidate your relationship with existing clients.
Often, recruiters delay due to the mistaken impression that they need to build savings to fund this supply, but this isn’t realistic or necessary. Concern about contractual relationships and liabilities, plus additional admin also add to the uncertainty.
We remove the obstacles to make the transition into supplying temps seamless, so you can capitalise on attractive opportunities as soon as they arise. Start building a profitable contractor desk with:
- 100% recruitment finance
- Bad debt protection
- Payroll, invoicing, credit control and reporting
- Terms of business
- Contracts checked for any clients you are supplying on their terms
We will even fund your perm placements, if and when you want us to. It adds up to a powerful proposition to transform your business.
From perm to temps – with ease
If you are a perm agency who wants to dip their toe in the water before deciding whether to start a contractor desk, you can use our Freedom solution to test the market
Resilience & Capability
Whilst we help solve all these problems & many others for our agencies, it is an added advantage that we are one of the biggest payers of contingent workers in the UK and very well established to help you grow internationally.
And when you do grow to a size where you would rather have an in-house back-office and a direct funding line with the bank, we will support you to transition to that model and help you to arrange the funding line.
