Workwell Outsourcing is a fast-growing back-office provider born out of an understanding of the value of an efficient and controlled back office to recruitment businesses of all sizes.
Our Directors
Yves has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment sector with in-depth expertise in back-office finance services.
He built a strong track record setting up and running back-offices and shared service centres for some of the best-known names in recruitment before founding Workr Solutions to specialise in back-office outsourcing and consultancy.
Yves joined Workwell following the acquisition of Workr Group in 2021. He now leads our back-office & funding services, building on the success of Workr Solutions, Easypay Services, Eden Group, CentricFlow and TBOS which together form the back-office capability for Workwell Outsourcing.
Away from work, Yves likes to spend his time running, playing golf and doing fun things with his kids.
Yves has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment sector with in-depth expertise in back-office finance services.
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified with PWC. She has 30 years of post-qualification experience and has been the Finance Director at Workwell Outsourcing for over a decade.
Sarah has been supporting recruitment agencies to manage their risk for many years and for a finance professional, she has exceptional skill at condensing technical information into laymen’s terms to help agencies to grow their businesses safely.
Away from work, Sarah loves to spend time with her two daughters and whenever time permits, she likes to lie in the sun with a good book. Sarah loves observational humour and is often heard serenading the office with her dulcet tones!
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified with PWC. She has 30 years of post-qualification experience and has been the Finance Director at Workwell Outsourcing for over a decade.
Charlotte has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Initially working for nGAGE recruitment in credit control, where she became involved with the finance side of recruitment.
She worked her way into management and became more involved in other areas of finance, including payroll and billing, eventually progressing to overseeing the operational teams.
Charlotte has vast experience managing credit risk and improving service delivery to both agencies and clients. She has also played pivotal roles in implementing new systems and processes crucial to scaling a growing business.
Away from work, Charlotte enjoys her quality time with her family.
Charlotte has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Initially working for nGAGE recruitment in credit control, where she became involved with the finance side of recruitment.
Stewart has over 20 years’ experience of working within the back office side of the recruitment industry. This has included working for an umbrella company, managing a pay-and-bill company, and running the accounts department of a large medical recruitment agency before helping to set up and run TBOS as a market-leading back office and accountancy solution for new start-up and existing recruitment agencies.
Stewart has a wealth of knowledge for recruiters looking to start their first recruitment agency, help existing agencies outsource their back office and accounts, arrange invoice finance as well as provide financial advice to help agency directors achieve their potential with their own businesses.
Outside of work, Stewart loves to spend time with his family, watching films and growing his Star Wars collection.
Stewart has over 20 years’ experience of working within the back office side of the recruitment industry. This has included working for an umbrella company, managing a pay-and-bill company, and running the accounts department of a large medical recruitment agency before helping to set up and run TBOS as a market-leading back office and accountancy solution for new start-up and existing recruitment agencies.
Senior Management Team
Alison worked in print management for 20 years before making the move to the world of recruitment funding and back office in November 2014, originally as office manager and PA to the directors.
She now looks after non-core business including our people and office facilities. Alison also supports our clients as our pension guru and expert in contractual compliance.
She is known to colleagues for her sense of humour, aversion to turning radiators on and her unique version of the phonetic alphabet. In her spare time, Alison likes to dance and spend time in the garden.

Maria joined Workwell Outsourcing in April 2022 after working for a number of corporate companies within the financial services sector.
Maria was instrumental in setting up an international shared service centre in the UK and this role gave her the opportunity to travel and work in Melbourne Australia. Maria’s previous roles included working as a Business Manager for Clydesdale Bank in Glasgow and a Finance Manager for Irish Distillers based in Dublin.
Away from the office, Maria loves travelling and has visited over 45 countries with her favourite destination being Dubai. She also enjoys going to the theatre and music events.
Maria joined Workwell Outsourcing in April 2022 after working for a number of corporate companies within the financial services sector.
With 12 years plus experience working within the recruitment industry, Karl has specialised in operational and client-facing roles. He started his career working in an SME, Interim and Executive Search firm, managing payroll and billing. With an understanding of finance operations, Karl’s transferrable skills allowed him to move into the rec tech world and offer consultancy to recruitment firms with a need to enhance business processes through technology.
As Senior Project Manager, Karl helps facilitate change across our various workstreams, ensuring client transformational outcomes are delivered.
Outside work, Karl arranges two weekly five-a-side football games among friends. The north also offers some beautiful scenery which he enjoys on scenic walks, he also enjoys some local, country pubs along the way.

With 25 years of experience within the recruitment industry and payroll, Sam joined Eden Group in 2014, supporting & upskilling the pay & bill team as well as working alongside the IT team to help enhance the Evertime platform.
So she also has a good understanding of the needs of our clients and their frustrations and has worked to assist with these and create solutions to make processes smoother and more efficient.
Outside work, Sam enjoys swimming, reading, comedy, wildlife and music, especially live bands or concerts.
With 25 years of experience within the recruitment industry and payroll, Sam joined Eden Group in 2014, supporting & upskilling the pay & bill team as well as working alongside the IT team to help enhance the Evertime platform.
Arvind has worked with some of the largest multi-national companies including the big 4 accounting firms, and he has more than 12 years of experience in the UK pay and bill process, specialising in PAYE staff payroll.
Prior to Workwell, he worked on bookkeeping fundamentals and UK ex-pat tax. He enjoys resolving pay and bill queries for our customers and implementing new clients for staff payrolls, where his attention to detail means that everything is right the first time.
When he isn’t working, Arvind likes to sing, watch cricket, learn new things and spend time with his family at home.
Arvind has worked with some of the largest multi-national companies including the big 4 accounting firms, and he has more than 12 years of experience in the UK pay and bill process, specialising in PAYE staff payroll.
Belinda was born in London but moved to South Africa when she was 6 and enjoyed a successful career there. She became regional credit manager of Distell, the largest alcoholic drink manufacturer in South Africa, before leaving her corporate life to start up one of the first raw dog food businesses in Cape Town in 2008.
Together with a family and menagerie of animals, Belinda left Cape Town in December 2019 and has settled in West Yorkshire. She joined Workwell Outsourcing as a credit controller before moving into client care. She now heads up our account management team.
Away from work, Belinda loves to explore the wonderful scenery and experiences of Yorkshire and surroundings with her family.

Monica has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years, starting as a Recruitment Consultant, and moving to specialise in back-office solutions when joining Eden in 2015. As Customer Success Manager, she is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, and bridging the gap between sales, onboarding and support.
She also works as the product lead of our Evertime platform, collating and evaluating business and customer needs and driving enhancements and new features with the development team.
Outside work, Monica enjoys reading, exploring new destinations (especially their architecture and food), and spending time with her large Mediterranean family, partner, and dog.
Monica has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years, starting as a Recruitment Consultant, and moving to specialise in back-office solutions when joining Eden in 2015. As Customer Success Manager, she is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, and bridging the gap between sales, onboarding and support.
Ash has more than 16 years of experience in outsourced payroll services and client management. He has a great in-depth knowledge of the back office services we offer as he headed up the pay and bill team and then the implementation team, prior to his current role as a Head of Service Delivery. Ash is also responsible for resource management and employee experience for operations in India.
Away from work, Ash spends his time recording his and his son’s singing videos as they both are really good singers! Ash loves to travel to different places and take lots of photographs.
Ash has more than 16 years of experience in outsourced payroll services and client management. He has a great in-depth knowledge of the back office services we offer as he headed up the pay and bill team and then the implementation team, prior to his current role as a Head of Service Delivery. Ash is also responsible for resource management and employee experience for operations in India.
Mauli is a Chartered accountant with experience of leading both Finance and Operational functions across a variety of industries, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver optimum results.
Mauli has in-depth understanding of invoicing, sales ledger receivables, and credit control processes and systems, as well as month-end procedures and reporting to CEOs and Board level executives.
She has a great interest in listening to motivational speakers and she is dedicated to supporting trainee accountants with evening and weekend teaching sessions.
Away from work, Mauli enjoys music and loves cricket.
Mauli is a Chartered accountant with experience of leading both Finance and Operational functions across a variety of industries, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver optimum results.
Adam is a Chartered Accountant who joined Workwell at the start of 2022. Adam joined RSM after graduating from Durham University. He initially trained in the Accounts and Business Advisory department, working with small and medium businesses, before moving to the Restructuring Advisory team to help business with their cashflow requirements across a range of sectors.
As Financial Controller, Adam oversees everything finance related across all of our offering.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing and watching football and cricket and looking after his dog, Brian.
Adam is a Chartered Accountant who joined Workwell at the start of 2022. Adam joined RSM after graduating from Durham University. He initially trained in the Accounts and Business Advisory department, working with small and medium businesses, before moving to the Restructuring Advisory team to help business with their cashflow requirements across a range of sectors.
After many years in sales and recruitment, Beverley joined Eden as an account manager in 2012. Her passion for customer service and establishing strong relationships with clients saw her move towards business development and sales.
This experience has enhanced her current role selling back office pay & bill and Eden umbrella, as she can appreciate clients’ needs and offer them the most suitable solutions.
Outside work, Beverley enjoys cocktail hour with her friends, holidays with family and taking her dog for long walks on the beach.
After many years in sales and recruitment, Beverley joined Eden as an account manager in 2012. Her passion for customer service and establishing strong relationships with clients saw her move towards business development and sales.
Shelagh is a former agency manager who worked for Hays in Leeds and Bradford, sourcing accountancy staff at all levels.
Following a career in both private and public sectors, she returned to the world of recruitment in 2015 to support recruiters with funding, payroll and back office solutions as Client Care Manager for Easypay Services Ltd. After years of combining sales with client care, exponential growth allowed her to concentrate on sales and marketing for Workwell Outsourcing.
Shelagh has considerable experience in supporting recruiters in setting up their first agency and finding solutions to match the developing needs of established recruitment businesses in all sectors.
Away from work, Shelagh likes nothing more than a good book and a long walk with her 3 dogs.
Shelagh is a former agency manager who worked for Hays in Leeds and Bradford, sourcing accountancy staff at all levels.
Keyur has 10 years’ relevant experience, six of which have been spent implementing payroll and accounting systems.
He is a Certified Scrum Master and an Agile Project Manager. Keyur has extensive expertise in completing complicated projects in industries such as oil & gas, healthcare, and construction. Keyur has assisted many recruitment agencies to find simple solutions to complicated criteria and challenges, transforming their productivity.
Keyur is an aerophile who enjoys trekking any time he has the opportunity. He also enjoys reading self-help books and playing cricket.
Keyur has 10 years’ relevant experience, six of which have been spent implementing payroll and accounting systems.
