John Hoskin
CEO
Owner and Managing Director of Online Professional, a group of digital accounting and payroll businesses, John joined Workwell in 2017, following the acquisition of OP.
He qualified with Deloitte’s mid-market London office as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently held a number of finance and commercial director positions in outsourcing, transport and healthcare, before founding OP.

Kwasi Missah
COO
Kwasi joined Workwell in 2009 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, he spent three years as Chief Technology Officer of a London-based global hedge fund where he became a partner.
The majority of his career has been spent within technology leadership in the Investment Banking sector, at organisations such as Goldman Sachs.
Kwasi took up the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2012. He leads the firm in supporting and enabling our business through technology, creating a first-class experience for our customers and clients.

John joined the Workwell management team in May 2018. He has worked for listed companies, large multinationals, and both privately owned and PE-backed companies, across a range of sectors including technology, manufacturing, and business services.
Most recently he has spent 10 years in the recruitment space and built a deep knowledge of the key drivers of this unique marketplace.
John is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with PWC.

With a track record in the retail, accountancy, logistics and workforce sectors, Kate has extensive experience of legacy people change and enhancing business performance.

Del Williams
Group Sales Director
Del is responsible for the strategic leadership of our sales operations with a focus on building long-term partnerships with all of our agency clients.
A familiar face in the industry, Del has worked in the contractor payments arena since 2008. His clear focus is on building long-term relationships with all of our agency clients.

Chris James
MD Accounting Services
Chris is responsible for the strategic leadership of our accountancy practice, overseeing all aspects of service delivery and compliance to our limited company clients.
He is a Chartered Accountant who is regularly in front of HMRC, Treasury, OTS, EASI and other bodies discussing tax and employment rights. A vocal campaigner on IR35 and the off-payroll working rules, Chris has a wealth of experience in dealing with employment status and taxation issues which are crucially important to many of our accounting clients.

Chris started the business in 2007 having spent numerous years as a partner at a large family accounting firm. Since starting Clever, Chris has led the way in steering the accountancy sector into a more technology-driven and customer service-focussed direction.

Paul McDonnell
Group MD, Employment & Payment Solutions
Paul is responsible for the Workwell and Crest Plus contracting model aimed at ensuring the Group delivers high quality, compliant employment and payment solutions underlined with a first-class service.
Paul has been part of Crest Plus for over 15 years. From Head of Sales, he was appointed Director in 2012 and became Joint Managing Director in 2018.
Paul and his team have created long-lasting partnerships with recruitment agencies across the UK, listening and responding to their needs in an ever-changing legislative landscape.
Paul is responsible for the Workwell and Crest Plus contracting model aimed at ensuring the Group delivers high quality, compliant employment and payment solutions underlined with a first-class service.
Michelle Reilly
MD, Workwell International & CEO, 6CATS
CEO of 6CATS Group, acquired by Workwell in January 2022.
With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing contractor workforce solutions, Michelle has become an industry expert in international contractor tax compliance. As CEO of the 6CATS Group, with her team, she has achieved multiple industry awards.
In 2018 she was Telegraph Female Business Leader of the Year.

Yves Bizimana
MD, Workwell Outsourcing
Yves has more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment sector with in-depth expertise in back-office finance services.
He built a strong track record setting up and running back-offices and shared service centres for some of the best-known names in recruitment before founding Workr Solutions to specialise in back-office outsourcing and consultancy.
Yves joined Workwell following the acquisition of Workr Group in 2021. He now leads our back-office & funding services, building on the success of Workr Group, Easypay Services and Eden Group which together form the back-office capability for Workwell Solutions.

Andrew Webster
MD, Workwell Enterprise
Andy started his career in the industry more than 18 years ago as a business development manager. Since then he has successfully created, implemented and managed business development / labour supply chain compliance strategies to maximise opportunities and successfully adapt to legislative, market and customer changes, especially over the past decade.
As his career progressed and Andy took on more senior roles, he has contributed significantly to organizational sales and marketing strategies, creating and launching innovative, compliant and market-leading propositions.
