Shelagh at Workwell Outsourcing has been a pleasure to work with. I remember speaking to Shelagh just before Teachways was formed and she guided me throughout the whole process. She gave me the encouragement and motivation to just go ahead and set up the company and I have never looked back.
Workwell Outsourcing have been amazing with their support and always on hand to answer your questions. They also offer great support to our temps and always a phone or email away.
Our temps have always been paid on time without any issues. The systems and processes that Workwell use are also very simple and easy to navigate. I honestly do not have anything negative to say, which is a first for me.

The team are second-to-none, hence the reason we sign a new contract with them each year! Any request is dealt with promptly, whether it be client or candidate-related.
We may get a slightly cheaper management fee elsewhere but we know we would lose the personal touch and the efficiency that we like & require.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Samantha Jennings at Workwell Outsourcing (Evertime) as we transitioned from a very manual payroll to an automated pay & bill system. Sam was great and patient in training us how to use the software, which is fairly user friendly. She held our hand throughout the go live week and was always responsive to help with any questions even weeks after we went live. I have been working within the construction agency sector for over ten years, and have worked with various other outsourcing companies who manage your invoices and payments. Some good, some bad.
I would like to say how impressed I have been with the service provided by Hannah, Amy and all of the Workwell Outsourcing team. With my agency needing to mobilise very quickly - with payments made from week one - Hannah ensured that everything was in place, I was fully trained and my account was up and running at a rapid pace to ensure my candidates were paid correctly and on time.
With a company branded processing system set up to process sales invoices, and payments for self-employed, umbrella or PAYE, everything runs like clockwork and there is always a point of contact on hand to assist you if needed. Highly recommended.
