Workwell™ – a new name for JSA Group

As the flexible workforce and freelance sector continues to grow and change, we’re also adapting our business in keeping with the times. Over the last few years, we’ve grown exponentially, acquiring new businesses and expanding our customer base to c.30,000 contractors and hundreds of recruitment businesses.
Now it’s time we looked as customer-focused, robust, tech-driven, and forward-thinking as we are, having evolved into a broad-based business that’s relevant to and capable of adding value across the entire contingent workforce arena. That’s why, we’re delighted to announce that from March 9th 2022, JSA Group will become Workwell™.
Workwell™ exists to make the life of the worker, the recruitment business and the hirer better, through a wide range of exceptional contingent workforce management solutions, removing risk and complexity at every turn. We do this through our experience, our capability, our customer focus and our ethos to always do the right thing.
Why Workwell™?
Workwell™ is a straight-forward name for a straight-forward company.
We want to enable more people to enjoy flexible working and more businesses to thrive by making it easy for them to engage brilliant, flexible talent.
With an ambitious strategy ahead of us, global reach, confidence in our abilities – and a great team of people with a customer-first ethos – now is the time to evolve how we present ourselves to the outside world.
Accountancy, tax, compliance, working regulations, employment law; we operate in a complex world. We want to adopt a new name that reflected this straight-forward, straight-talking approach, and we found the perfect solution in ‘Workwell™’.
Whether you’re a contractor, a staffing business or an end hirer, we work well so you can work well. It’s as simple as that.
Working well for you
Our name may be changing but we’re still the same company with the same values and dedication to compliance and customer service as we were before. The only difference is, we’re going to look better – with a refreshed appearance to the outside world.
Client communications
Operationally we remain the same so you can still login, sign up, refer and contact us as you did before.
If you’re a limited company client, an Umbrella employee or a recruitment agency partner, you don’t need to do anything. We’ve contacted you to let you know about our rebrand and to confirm that the service you receive from us will remain the same. You can still reach us online by phone and by email, just as you do today.
Our new website address will be live in early March and our general enquiries email address will change from [email protected] to [email protected]/recruiters. Our phone number will remain the same – 01923 257 257.
However, we appreciate it will take time for our new name to become recognised so if you use a JSA email address don’t worry, your message will still get through.
