We are delighted to announce the acquisition of the WhiteFin Group, the fast-growing international contractor management group headquartered in Barcelona.

This follows the successful assimilation into the Workwell™ group of 6CATS International and 6CATSPRO in 2022 and reaffirms our ambition to become the leading force in international contractor management, supporting customers in the deployment of temporary and permanent workforces globally

WhiteFin has quickly established an excellent track record of managing the engagement, taxation, and compliance of contract projects, both small and large, across a wide range of EU/EFTA member states, helping their clients navigate and deploy human resources in the most complex of tax jurisdictions, across a wide range of sectors.

The Group operates fully compliant payroll solutions in more than 20 European jurisdictions, via a network of 18 in-country entities and also has particular expertise in both permanent Employer of Record and immigration services.

WhiteFin will be a complementary business to the extensive existing international offering of 6CATS, adding further capability and strength in depth to Workwell’s international service offering. The deal will allow the clients of both companies to leverage the broader expertise, capabilities and geographical reach of the combined business.
