CentricFlow was established August 2020 and has quickly built a strong client base with its ‘for recruiters, by recruiters’ platform which enables instant access to all back-office support applications.

The addition of CentricFlow means Workwell Outsourcing now offers a complete portfolio of back-office and funding solutions to recruitment businesses of all sizes, helping them streamline efficiency and increase profitability.

CentricFlow automates and consolidates many laborious and time-consuming administration processes, taking care of everything from onboarding and worker communication processes to compliance, payroll and the back office.

The platform is the brainchild of former recruiter Paul Barlow who was frustrated by the inability to find a complete CRM solution which was highly functional, easy-to-use and which could be fully integrated with other systems.
